Santos Neto Advogados advises CRA’s issuance of Cepêra
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Kinea Investimentos, Opea Securitizadora and Cepêra, in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 81th issue of Opea, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Cepêra, as per CVM 160, according to the automatic registration rite.
The total amount of the issue was R$ 55,000,000.00.
