Mattos Filho and Stocche Forbes on Enauta’s issue

Mattos Filho advised the company and Stocche Forbes advised the underwriters on the public offering of the second issuance of debentures issued by Enauta Participações, pursuant to CVM 160, in two series, in the total amount of BRL 1,1 billion.
