Monteiro Rusu act in issuance of Companhia Energética Candeias
Monteiro Rusu Advogados advised Companhia Energética Candeias and Banco Itaú BBA on the public offering of the 6th issuance of debentures issued by the company, in the total amount of R$144 million.
The offer was directed exclusively to professional investors pursuant to CVM Instruction 160 and the total amount raised will be used for cash reinforcement
