Monteiro Rusu and Machado Meyer act in the issue CRA of Vert
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados and Machado Meyer Advogados acted in the 95th issue of real estate receivables certificates (CRA) of Vert Companhia Securitizadora, in 5 series, in the total amount of R$ 652 million, backed by financial notes issued by Banco ABC Brasil.
The public offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 160 by ABC Brasil Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Banco Itaú BBA.
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as legal advisor of Banco ABC Brasil with partners Allan Bercht (pictured left) and Marina Fenerich (pictured center), and associates Pamela Custodio and Stephanie Farroco.
