NLD assists David del Curto in sale of Agropecuaria Wapri shares

Chilean law firm NLD Abogados has assisted David del Curto in the sale of 41.96% of the shares of Agropecuaria Wapri, a fruit producer for export.

The shares were acquired by Inversiones Purranque and Asesorías e Inversiones Antonio Walker in equal parts.

David del Curto is part of Hancock Natural Resource Group, a Manulife Investment Management company.

NLD’s team consisted of partner José Pablo Dulanto (pictured), and lawyers Bernardita Calvo and Alonso Cádiz.
