Pinheiro Neto advised on the JV between Sotran and Lenarge
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Sotran Logística e Transporte (Sotran), which has formed a joint venture with Lenarge Transportes e Serviços (Lenarge) to offer cargo services to specific industries.
LNGI Participações e Investimentos, a company owned by Lenarge’s shareholders, formed a new company, and Sotran acquired 51% of the capital stock of this new company, LNT Logística e Transportes, which will coordinate and develop third-party logistics and cargo transportation management projects in the mining, steel, cement and cellulose segments.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados was joined by partner Fernando Alves Meira (pictured) and associate Ricardo Busana Galvão Bueno.
Lacerda Diniz Sena Advogados advised Lenarge and included partner Eric Gariglio Nahum.
