Pinheiro Neto advises Celcoin on VERT acquisition
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Celcoin, a Brazilian infratech company, on the acquisition of the entire equity interest in VERT Holdings, a Brazilian securitization company and securities distributor, once all conditions precedent have been fulfilled. The deal remains pending, with the transaction value kept confidential. The sellers are a group of individuals based in Brazil.
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the buyer, with a team led by partners André Bernini and Fernando Mirandez Del Nero Gomes, together with senior associate Roberto Mandetta Netto, associates Luana Arone de Miranda and Felipe Kenji Tutida Takehara, and law clerk Arthur de Albuquerque Barreto.
Spinelli Advogados represented the sellers, with partner Sergio Spinelli Silva Junior leading the team alongside senior associate Rafael Villela Nogueira and associates João Pedro Spinelli Silva and Andreza Coury.
