Pinheiro Neto Advogados assisted Nadir Figueiredo in the acquisition of Cristar TableTop S.A.S.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados assisted Nadir Figueiredo, one of the major Latin American players in the glass sector, in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Cristar TableTop S.A.S..

With this acquisition, Nadir increases its capacity to meet the growing demand in the world market of glassware for the home, becoming a stronger and more complete company with global scale.

Based in Colombia, Cristar is the leading glass housewares company in the Andean region, with a comprehensive portfolio of more than 2,000 products and modern facilities. Cristar has an export-oriented sales strategy, serving more than 40 countries in a very competitive way. Like Nadir, Cristar has a history of healthy margins and a solid cash generation profile.
