Pinheiro Neto and Machado Meyer act on Adecoagro’s CRA issue
Pinheiro Neto and Machado Meyer acted on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) in three series of the issue of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights owed by Adecoagro Vale do Ivinhema, being 166,668 CRA of the Fisrt Series, 166,666 CRA of the Second Series, 166,666 CRA of the Third Series.
The transaction value was BRL 400 million.
