PMK Advogados advise HSI on the CRI issuance by Vert
PMK Advogados advised HSI real estate management Fund, on the 1st and 2nd series of the 122nd issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) by Vert Companhia Securitizadora, totaling BRL 180 million.
These CRI were backed by real estate credits issued by Rec Leblon Empreendimentos Imobiliários (a company held by HSI). Banco Itaú BBA acted as the lead bookrunner of the public offering under automatic distribution registration procedure in accordance with CVM Rule 160 and exclusively targeted professional investors as defined in Article 11 of CVM Rule 30.
The proceeds from the public offering were earmarked for the acquisition of the former Oi Headquarters located in Leblon, Rio de Janeiro. This strategic investment underscores HSI’s commitment to expanding its real estate portfolio and capitalizing on lucrative opportunities in the market.
