PPU advises Kaufmann on investment in Antler SEA Fund II

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has advised Kaufmann Ventures on its first investment in Antler SEA Fund II, an international fund focused on the Southeast Asian market.

Thanks to this transaction, closed on September 26th, Kaufmann Group will be able to continue with its expansion plan, diversify its presence in international venture capital funds, and obtain a deeper insight into this market for future investments.
