PPU advises on the entry of shareholders into Grupo Patio
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has advised Grupo Algeciras in the capital increase and entry of new shareholders to Grupo Patio.
This transaction was carried out for an amount of $20,373,289,074 Chilean pesos, an important injection of capital, which will allow Grupo Patio to start the internationalisation of the company.
Shareholders included Paola Luksic who increased her stake from 11% to 16.66%, and Gabriela Luksic who acquired 5.22%, the latter advised by Jara Del Favero. MBC Abogados advised Grupo Patio and Mackena Irrárazabal Cuchacovich & Paz advised Wildsur.
MBC Abogados’ team included partners Carolina Menichetti and Benjamín Salas.
Mackena Irrárazabal Cuchacovich & Paz to Wildsur team involved partner Rodrigo Cuchacovich.
Jara Del Favero’s team was represented by partner Sven Herlin.
