PPU represents Inmac Peru in $22.5m debt refinancing
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría, in conjunction with Concordia Investments, has represented Inmac Peru, as borrower, in the private refinancing of its USD $22.5mm debt financing.
In the transaction, which took place in December 2022, Interbank, Scotiabank Peru, Banco de Credito del Peru Banbif, Banco Santander and Banco Pichincha acted as lenders.
Inmac Peru is one of the largest EPC contractors in Peru for the oil and gas industry, with more than 20 projects underway.
