PPU represents Talma in SAI acquisition

PPU Colombia has advised Talma Servicios Aeroportuarios on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Servicios Aeroportuarios Integrados

 Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has represented Talma Servicios Aeroportuarios in the purchase of 100% of the shares of Servicios Aeroportuarios Integrados SAI, a company specialising in airport ground handling services, whose main shareholder is Avianca.

The transaction was signed on 26 March, and its closing is subject to the authorisation of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, among others.

PPU’s team was composed of partner Nicolás Tirado (pictured left) and associate Daniela Vargas (pictured right).
