TozziniFreire collaborates with primer on the Rights of transgender children and adolescents
TozziniFreire Advogados collaborated with a booklet about the rights of trans children and teenagers at school
TozziniFreire Advogados, in partnership with the Taturana Institute and other organizations, has prepared a booklet translating the rights of LGBTQIA+ young people to make them easier to understand for schools and society.
Coordinated by partner Clara Serva (pictured), responsible for the Corporate and Human Rights area at TozziniFreire Advogados, the booklet was prepared with highly relevant information on Human Rights and the role of education, an important source of information for teachers, school managers, students and their families. In a direct way, far from legalese, the material provides guidelines and examples of good practices in schools and makes reference to national and international legal bases that guarantee the right of children and adolescents to education.
The booklet was constructed in neutral and inclusive language and can be accessed on the Limiar film website.
