RAD assists in private investment fund of AC Capitales SAFI
Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has assisted AC Capitales SAFI on the incorporation of a private investment fund for real estate investments in Spain with an authorised capital of US$20 million.
The Fund will invest in the Spanish real estate sector by participating in companies that develop residential real estate projects in Spain. The Fund’s holdings will be placed through a private offering.
The consultancy involved the legal and tax structuring of the Fund, the drafting of its by-laws, its incorporation, as well as the complementary documents to carry out the investment in the Spanish market.
AC Capitales SAFI, a subsidiary of APOYO Consultoría, is a Fund Management Company, duly authorised and supervised by the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SMV). With more than 20 years in the market, it has become the most experienced asset manager in Peru.
