RAD counsels Estela on TCI acquisition
Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has counselled Estela, a digital fulfilment company in Latin America, on the acquisition of Transporte Confidencial de Información – TCI.
With this acquisition, Estela seeks to expand its operations in the region, a process that also included the acquisition of Digiflow last November.
This transaction was completed on 18 December, with Morales & Besa acting as advisor to Estela in Chile, and Vizquerra Córdova & Gálvez Abogados advising TCI and the sellers in Peru.

The company operates in the region through Pegaso Tecnología, Facture and Indicium. TCI is a company with more than 30 years in the Peruvian market, dedicated to electronic invoicing system services and electronic invoice validation services.
