RAD in Préstamo Feliz bond issuance programme
Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has advised Capital Pacífico Fintech and Préstamo Feliz so that, through the Securitization Trust “Patrimonio en Fideicomiso PRÉSTAMO FELIZ – D. Leg. N° 861, No Inscrito en la SMV, Directed to Institutional Investors”, it can carry out the Program of Issue of Bonds and/or ICP of Securitization of the Equity for a total amount of S/ 12 million.
Préstamo Feliz is a company not supervised by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS), which is dedicated to granting personal consumer loans and lines of credit through technological platforms. Therefore, the resources obtained by the programme will be used to increase Préstamo Feliz’s loan portfolio.
As a result, the first issue of the Programme was successfully completed on May 14, raising S/. 2.4 million with bonds with an effective annual rate of 15%, aimed at institutional investors.
