Rebaza-Alcázar counsels Juntoz on its sale to Grupo EFE

Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has assisted in the sale of the juntoz.com website in favour of Grupo EFE

 Rebaza Alcázar & De Las Casas has advised Juntoz Perú S.A. in the sale of its online shop business in favour of Grupo EFE, through its company Conecta Market Place S.A.C. The firm Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano, acted as advisor to Grupo EFE.

The transaction, closed on 22 February, was structured through the sale of the assets that make up the ongoing business, which involved a particular complexity due to the assignment of a large number of contracts (merchant partners, logistics providers, IT providers, payment gateways, among others) and intangible assets that are essential for the operation of the digital e-commerce platform, so as to ensure the uninterrupted continuity of the operation.

Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano’s team consisted of partner Eduardo López, senior associate Carolina Chipolloni and associate Alejandro Araujo.
