Ritch Mueller represents Altum Capital in credit facility to Grupo Solufi

Ritch Mueller has represented Altum Capital, as lender, in a MXN$100 million term loan granted to Grupo Solufi, for the monetisation of the portfolio and origination of new collection rights.

This transaction was completed on 25 April, with CYCA Abogados acting as advisor to Grupo Solufi.

Ritch Mueller’s team was led by partner Gabriel Robles Beistegui (pictured left), with support from Gerardo Barbará González (pictured right) and Pablo De Arrigunaga López.
