Robalino promotes two new partners in Ecuador
Robalino, a multidisciplinary professional services firm based in Ecuador, has announced the promotion of Gabriel Gallegos (pictured left) and Diego Lituma (pictured right) to partners. Both appointments follow more than 10 years of internal career development and result from a merit-based process aligned with the firm’s long-term institutional plan.
Gabriel Gallegos specialises in tax consulting and has played a central role in consolidating Robalino’s tax practice. With a background in public administration and over a decade advising domestic and international clients, he has led complex matters in tax planning, tax compliance, M&A, and highly regulated sectors.
Diego Lituma brings more than 23 years of experience in accounting and finance. His career spans national and international roles, including positions at Fortune 500 multinational companies. He holds accounting qualifications in both Ecuador and the United States, an MBA, and a Chief Digital Officer certification from MIT. His work has strengthened the firm’s financial, operational, and technological structure.
The two promotions reflect Robalino’s model of integrated advisory services, combining legal, financial, and strategic expertise. With Gallegos and Lituma joining the partnership, the firm reinforces its leadership structure across its tax and financial consulting practices.
