Rosselló promotes three lawyers

Muriel Menchola, Daniel Málaga and Gabriela Morote have been promoted to partner, senior associate and associate respectively

 Peruvian law firm Rosselló Abogados has announced the promotion of three of its lawyers: Muriel Menchola as new partner, Daniel Málaga as senior associate, and Gabriela Morote as associate.

Muriel Menchola (pictured left) has a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Master in Legal Sciences from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master in Finance and Corporate Law from the Universidad ESAN. She has more than ten years of experience in Contract Law, Infrastructure, Public Private Partnerships, Concessions, Promotion of Private Investment, Trusts, Government Contracts, Arbitration and Administrative Law.

Daniel Málaga (pictured centre) holds a law degree from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres, a postgraduate degree and a master’s degree in Taxation from the Universidad de Lima, as well as a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law from the Universidad ESAN. He was an associate at Pérez Vásquez & Asociados, and at Estudio Muñiz, in addition to being a consultant at the Tax Court.

Gabriela Morote (pictured right), meanwhile, has been part of the firm since 2018. She is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has a second specialisation in Procedural Law from the same university.
