Salaverri advises Capex on issuance of Class III and IV Notes

Salaverri Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán has advised Capex in the issuance of its Class III Notes and Class IV Notes denominated in US dollars at a fixed rate of 0.00%, maturing on 27 February 2026 and 27 February 2027 respectively. Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised the underwriters.

The issues were made under its programme for the issuance of simple Negotiable Obligations (not convertible into shares) for up to US$ 600,000,000, for a total amount of US$ 22,433,559 in respect of the Class III Notes and for a total amount of US$ 17,566,441 in respect of the Class IV Notes.

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco CMF, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco Mariva, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, TPCG Valores, Banco Patagonia, SBS Trading, Banco BBVA Argentina, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), Macro Securities, Latin Securities, Banco Hipotecario, Banco Itaú Argentina and Banco Supervielle acted as placement agents.

Capex is an integrated Argentine company engaged in hydrocarbon exploration and production, thermal and renewable energy generation and hydrogen production.

Norberto Larrosa, Nicolás Buhler and Paloma Ferraro acted as in-house lawyers for Capex.

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja’s team comprised partner Alejandro Perelsztein and associates Leandro Exequiel Belusci, Josefina Mortola Saiach and Sofía Maselli.
