Santos Neto advises debentures issuance of Bevap
Santos Neto Advogados advises Bioenegética Vale do Paracatu (Bevap), in the public offering of debentures, in a single series, with real guarantee, for public distribution under automatic distribution registration rite of CVM 160, for professional investors, of the 1st issue of Bevap, in the total amount of BRL 120 million, under the terms of Law 12,431.
The distribution of the debentures was carried out by Banco BOCOM BBM which was advised by Stocche Forbes Advogados.
