Santos Neto advises Itaú BBA on Ariel Horovitz’s CRA issue

Santos Neto Advogados acted as legal advisor to Itaú BBA in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 185th issue of Virgo Companhia de Securitização, backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Ariel Horovitz. The distribution of the CRA was carried out in accordance with CVM Resolution 160, with the intermediation of Banco Itaú BBA.

The total value of the issue was BRL 100 million.
