Santos Neto advises Tecumseh commercial notes issue
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel representing Tecumseh do Brasil and Banco Daycoval in the public offering of Tecumseh’s first issue of commercial paper notes (NC), in the amount of R$ 62 million.
The operation represented Tecumseh’s first public issue of securities in the Brazilian capital market. The NCs were distributed in accordance with CVM Instruction 476, with the intermediation of Banco Daycoval S.A.
