Santos Neto Advogados advises CRA’s issuance of E-ctare
Santos Neto Advogados advises Ectare Pay Serviços de Gestão de Pagamentos in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of 270th issue of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, backed by credit rights owed by dispersed debtors assigned by E-ctare. Distribution of CRAs was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 160 by Alfa Corretora de Câmbio e Valores Mobiliários and Banco Itaú BBA.
The total amount of the issue was R$ 54,520,000.00.
