Santos Neto Advogados advises CRA’s issuance of Paranatex
Santos Neto Advogados advised Grupo Paranatex on the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 176th issue of Eco Securitizadora, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Indústria Têxtil Apucarana. The distribution of CRAs was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 476, under coordination of Itaú BBA.
The total amount of the issue was R$ 84,500,000.00.
