Schmidt Valois Advogados introduces new partner

Schmidt Valois Miranda Ferreira & Agel has announced the arrival of a new partner: Jaques Horn who joins the firm to assist clients in the areas of technology, telecommunications and infrastructure.

Jaques Horn has more than three decades of experience in multinational companies, especially in regulated markets, highly complex operations, infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate matters, national and international contracts, litigation, intellectual property and competition matters. He also brings to the firm knowledge acquired in leadership positions at TIM S.A., Tetra Pak and Shell.
