SiqueiraCastro bolsters its Corporate and M&A practice with hire

Siqueira Castro Advogados hired Adriano Bordone Consentino (pictured) to strengthen its Corporate and M&A practice. Adriano brings over 15 years of experience working with commercial contracts, Corporate Law, M&A, Capital Markets, and Foreign Investments.

Adriano Consentino holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Universidade Mackenzie, an LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris), an MBA specialization from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an LL.M. on Corporate Law from the Notre Dame University (EUA). From this last one, in 2019, he received the Academic Excellence recognition on the Payment Systems Award. In addition, Adriano is also Counsel elected for France-Brazil Chambers of Commerce and Mentor of Founder Institute on the Equity & Funding and Legal sessions.
Befor join SiqueiraCastro, Adriano Consentino worked for ten years at Pacheco Neto, Sanden & Teisseire Advogados, four of them as a partner.
