SNA advises restructuring and follow-on of Multitécnica Fiagro

Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Banco Votorantim and Multitécnica Group, in a transaction involving the restructuring of Multitécnica Fiagro-Direitos Creditórios (fund), as well as the issuance and public offering of senior units of the fund.

The offering of the units was conducted under the CVM 160, with Banco Votorantim acting as the intermediary, involving a total amount of BRL 40 million.
