SNA advises structuring and offering of units of FIAGRO Hortsoy

SNA – Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Milênio Capital Gestão de Investimentos (fund manager) and Hortsoy Comércio e Representações (assignor) on the structuring of Hortsoy Insumos Fundo de Investimento nas Cadeias Produtivas do Agronegócio, an agribusiness production chains investment fund (FIAGRO) aimed at the acquisition of agribusiness receivables, as well as on the issuance and public offering of its senior units and the private placement of its mezzanine and junior subordinated units.

The public offering of the senior units was carried out pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 160, under the automatic registration procedure, with intermediation by Oslo Capital DTVM. The total amount of the issuance was BRL 105,000,000.00.
