SNA assists Bunge in the acquisition of a Warehouse
Santos Neto Advogados (SNA) assisted Bunge in the acquisition of a Warehouse located in Sinop, in the State of Mato Grosso, formerly owned by the company Armazéns Gerais Martini, owned by the Martini Family.
It is a modern, high-capacity storage complex, located in the Sinop region, the main grain production axis in Mato Grosso and close to the route of three important railroads, with access to ports in the North, Northeast and Southeast of the country.
In addition to the strategic location, the asset is highly relevant due to the country’s storage capacity deficit, emphasizing that the acquisition of warehouses has been placed as a priority goal by the main players in Agribusiness.
SNA relied on partners Bruno Salama (pictured left) and Frederico Favacho (pictured right); associates Ana Beatriz Florido Cortez and Laura Franciscato Rodolfo.
The transaction was also led by Bunge’s legal department, represented by Nikolas Lenk Gomes, Marcella Cruz e Tasso and Marina Roque Bruno Oliveira.
The Martini Family was advised by the law firm Ferraz de Camargo e Matsunaga (FCAM).
