Souto Correa and Cescon on the acquisition of Sulfabrás
Souto Correa assisted TIMAC Agro in the negotiation and execution of a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Sulfabrás Sulfatos do Brasil, wich was advised by Cescon Barrieu Advogados.
Sulfabrás is a company of the national Bauminas Group, specialized in the production of chemical products and technical solutions for the environmental sanitation, plant nutrition, and animal nutrition industries.
TIMAC Agro is a multinational company that manufactures and markets high-tech fertilizers.
