Stocche Forbes and Machado Meyer act in issuance of Eneva
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised the issuer, Machado Meyer advised the underwriters on the public offering of the 8th issuance of simple unsecured debentures of Eneva, not convertible into shares, pursuant to CVM Instruction No. 400/09, structuring the transaction, drafting and negotiating all necessary documents to implement the offering.
The total amount was BRL 2.04 billion.
