Stocche Forbes and Mattos Filho on issuance of Hapvida
Stocche Forbes advised the issuer; Mattos Filho advised the underwriters on the public offering of the fourth issuance of debentures issued by Hapvida Participações e Investimentos, pursuant to CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 750 million. The offer was directed exclusively to professional investors and the total amount raised will be used to pay certain debts already contracted by the company and its subsidiaries, as well as for cash reinforcement.
