Stocche Forbes assists Angelim in Acre property acquisition

Stocche Forbes assists Angelim Participações, a company of the Perfin Investimentos Group, in the acquisition of a rural property located in the State of Acre for an amount of $15,900,000.00 Brazilian reals.

This transaction was closed on 19 October. The property has a total area of 30,942,6939 for the development of coal projects.

Camilla Sisti and Nayara Milani acted as in-house counsels for Angelim.
