Tauil & Chequer advise Espaçolaser on its private capital increase
Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown advised Espaçolaser, a laser hair removal network, in its capital increase via private subscription, totaling R$ 225 million.
The purpose of the capital increase is to improve the cash position and reduce the consolidated financial leverage. In this structure, only shareholders of the company can buy the new shares issued.
The team was led by partner Daniella Raigorodsky Monteiro (pictured left) and partner Rodolfo Tella (pictured right), and included the participation of associates Ana Paula Carneiro and Natália Minotto.
