Tauil & Chequer and Monteiro Rusu advise on Priner issue
Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown advised Priner on the 2nd issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, in the amount of BRL 200 million. The debentures were placed through a public offering, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160, coordinated by Itaú BBA, which was advised by Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados.
