Tauil & Chequer and Pinheiro Neto act on CRI issuance of Nissei
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Nissei, a pharmaceutical company, on the public offering of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI), in single series, of the 120th issue of Opea Securitizadora, backed by real estate credits owed by the company, under the terms of CVM 160.
The total amount of the issue was R$ 250 million, and was coordinated by Banco Safra, Banco BTG Pactual and Banco Itaú BBA.
