T&C and Cepeda in BTG Pactual’s investment in Dhama Capital

Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown advised BTG Pactual in an investment in Dhama Capital, which was advised by Cepeda Advogados.

The value of the transaction was R$ 500 million, including the minority investment in the company and resources for two funds that will be managed by Dhama Capital.
