TCA advises Mendoza Fiduciaria in creation of trust securities programme
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Mendoza Fiduciaria in its capacity as Trustee in the creation of the global trust securities programme “MENDOZA FIDUCIARIA PYME” for a nominal value of US$30,000,000.
Through the Programme, those entities that qualify as CNV SMEs will be able to obtain financing from the capital market acting as Trustee and without the need to create their own programme.
This tool not only provides a new financing possibility for SMEs, but also fosters their growth and development.
The CNV authorised the Programme on 22 February 2024.
