TCA advises on new issue of Agro de Souza’s Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Agro de Souza, as issuer, and Banco Supervielle, as arranger and underwriter, in the issuance of Series II Class 2 Notes with a face value of Ps. 1,000,000,000,000.
The Notes, issued on December 17, were denominated and payable in Pesos, and will accrue interest at an annual floating nominal interest rate equivalent to the BADLAR rate plus a margin of 7.5%, maturing on December 17, 2026.
In addition, the Notes are guaranteed by Banco Supervielle as a guarantee entity authorized by the National Securities Commission.
Agro de Souza is a company that diversifies its productive activity into three main business units: (i) the sale of new and used agricultural machinery, (ii) the exploitation of agricultural production, and (iii) the generation of bioenergy through renewable sources.
