TCA helps in Tierra del Fuego Treasury Bills IV issue
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised on the issuance of the Treasury Bills Series IV Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 of the Province of Tierra del Fuego, for a total amount of ARS $3,500,000,000.
The Treasury Bills Class 1, 2 and 3, mature on October 3, 2023, November 1, 2023 and December 1, 2023 respectively.
The issuance was made on 8 August under the framework of the Treasury Bills Issuance Programme for the year 2023, for an outstanding face value of up to AR$8,000,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies.
The Series IV Treasury Bills were guaranteed with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco Comafi acted as arranger and underwriter in the issue. Puente Hnos, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Patagonia, Adcap Securities Argentina, Macro Securities and Banco Supervielle acted as underwriters.
