TozziniFreire Advogados acted as deal counsel in the 3rd issuance of quotas of Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Agro Citi-Bayer Responsabilidade Limitada.
The Fund is sponsored by Bayer, a global chemical and pharmaceutical company with core competencies in healthcare, agriculture and high-tech materials.
The offering was successfully closed and raised BRL 800 million.
