TozziniFreire Advogados advised Rima Industrial on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Norflor Empreendimentos Agrícolas, in Minas Gerais, Brazil, including all the real estate owned by the Company (approximately 25,000 hectares) and the production of eucalyptus urograndis.
This is a structured transaction comprised of 2 steps, the purchase and sale of the totality of the Company’s stake and the execution of a take or pay agreement related to the production of eucalyptus urograndis.
The transaction value was US$ 92,421,442.
