TozziniFreire advises Canal and FDR on CRI issuance
TozziniFreire have advised Canal Companhia de Securitização and FDR Independência Desenvolvimento Imobiliário on the public offering with restricted distribution efforts of real estate receivables certificates of the issuer’s 27th issuance by FDR Independência Desenvolvimento Imobiliário.
The transaction value was BRL 30 million. The funds raised by the offer will be used to the construction and renovation of real estate projects owned by FDR.
