TozziniFreire Advogados advised Cyrela on the acquisition of 50% of the quotas issued by Tarjab-Ares Empreendimentos Imobiliários

Cyrela acquired 50% of the quotas issued by Tarjab-Ares Empreendimentos Imobiliários, the company that will develop the real estate project Refuge. Closing of the transaction is subject to approval by CADE, the Brazilian antitrust authority.
This is the first joint venture between Cyrela and Tarjab for the development of real estate projects.
