TozziniFreire advises on investment made in Slat Gestora
TozziniFreire Advogados advised on the investments made by private quotaholders in Slat Gestora de Recursos e Consultoria for the acquisition of up to 85,5% of the company’s corporate capital.
The transaction marks the capital injection necessary for the increase of Slat Gestora’s business.
