TozziniFreire and Lefosse in the issuance of CRI of RZK Solar 02 and Virgo
TozziniFreire Advogados advised RZK Solar 02 and Virgo Companhia de Securitização, as legal advisor, in the review of the documents required for the public offering with restricted distribution efforts, under the terms of the Brazilian Securities Commission Instruction 476, and CVM 60, as amended, of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (Certificados de Recebíveis Imobiliários – CRI) of the single series of the 37th issue of Virgo Companhia de Securitização, distributed by Banco Itaú, as leading coordinator, in the amount of BRL 55 million.
The funds raised by the offer will be used to build and refurbish solar photovoltaic plants owned by RZK Solar 02 or its subsidiaries.
This was the first CRI related to solar energy with rating in the Brazilian Market.
